Leadership
Ryo Leo Murashige
President & CEO, Onedrops Inc.
Trained at Japan's National Defense Academy and the JGSDF Officer Candidate School. In 2004 he joined a major Danish control-equipment manufacturer as the first Japanese hire in its leadership program, helping resolve a 40-year-old management challenge around the Japanese market at its Danish headquarters. In 2006 he lifted key supply-chain metrics across 14 APAC countries to world-class levels.
In 2014 he founded Onedrops Inc., running executive advisory, shared global talent, and global-leader education businesses, and he advises several companies himself. His work spans talent development for Big 4 accounting firms and major medical-device makers, overseas-expansion and organizational-redesign support for small and mid-sized companies, and executive coaching for entrepreneurs and investors.
In 2012 he completed the Marathon des Sables, often called the world's toughest race. He also practices the Japanese tea ceremony and martial arts.
